1 - Lawrence Spring <\/span><\/h3>

This natural water source, with fresh water flowing down from the mountains into the hollows, is a favorite spot for camels! With its small trees and almost fluorescent green moss, it's a real oasis. Relax here, as the Bedouins and their herds once did, and watch the passing camel herds, eager for fresh water. Or climb the mountain for spectacular views and the many inscriptions of Thamudic origin.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2 - Red Sand Dune <\/span><\/h3>

This is the most famous sand dune in Wadi Rum! It owes its red color to a high concentration of iron oxide. It looks like a simple climb, but the sand is soft and hard to walk on, making it difficult to climb for tourists, but great fun to watch for locals. At the top, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley. The best way down is by running or sandboarding.

3 - Khazali Canyon <\/span><\/h3>

From the outside, it looks like an ordinary mountain, but when you enter the canyon between the split mountains, you take a trip back in time. You can see the traces of the merchants who travelled with their caravans from Egypt to Damascus, and of the pilgrims who crossed the canyon to Mecca. Discover fascinating Thamudic, Nabataean and Islamic inscriptions, as well as petroglyphs of humans, animals and the soles of feet as you enter the canyon. And a series of basins at the back.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4 - Small bridge
<\/span><\/h3>

Over the years of various extreme weather influences, this small natural bridge has formed on a rock formation in the Khor El Ajram region. It's called Little Bridge because it's only a few meters high and easy to climb, but the view is magnificent and in the photos it looks quite large and impressive. It's perfect for families with children and those who don't want to climb too high. When you come down, a cup of sweet tea awaits you in the Bedouin tent where you can buy souvenirs or relax and spend time with the locals.

5 - Umm Fruth Rock Bridge
<\/span><\/h3>

This 15-metre-high bridge is the most famous bridge in Wadi Rum. It's not a historic site, but it's the ideal place to take enviable photos. Give your phone or camera to your guide, who will stay on the ground and take an impressive photo of you at the top of the bridge. Locals easily climb up and down the bridge, but for tourists it's a bit more difficult. That's why small holes have been made, making the climb a little easier.

6 - Abu Khashaba Canyon\u00a0 <\/span><\/h3>

Stretch your legs and enjoy a beautiful walk through this deep, narrow valley, surrounded by high mountain walls. There's a lot of green, which makes a nice contrast with the red desert sand. You'll see many types of trees and plants and hear countless birds chirping. The locals have hung up bottles to collect rainwater for the birds to drink from. It's a true oasis of peace. The walk takes 30-45 minutes and your guide will pick you up on the other side.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

7 - Lawrence's House

11 - Jabal Um Addami
<\/span><\/h3>

Jabal Um Addami is Jordan's highest mountain and lies right on the border with Saudi Arabia. If you stand at the top of the mountain, you can see Saudi Arabia and even the Red Sea on a clear day. Jebel Um Adaami lies at an altitude of 1,832 m; by comparison, the village of Wadi Rum is 1,000 m above sea level.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
