The central tent

A large tent with mats, incense and a crackling fire serves as a communal area where we serve breakfast, dinner and refreshments. On warmer nights, the fire is moved to an outdoor fireplace, surrounded by chairs and mats to sit and watch the flames flicker in the desert darkness.

Our camp offers traditional meals prepared with care. Start your day with a Bedouin breakfast, enjoy a light lunch, and finish with dinner under the stars, featuring typical dishes such as Zarb, cooked underground using ancestral methods.

Dinner: Discover Zarb, the emblematic dish of the desert. Zarb is cooked slowly underground in a sand oven, giving it rich, delicious flavors.

Join us around the campfire, where our Bedouin hosts will welcome you with cardamom-scented tea and fascinating tales of desert culture and history. The meal begins with an assortment of mezze, followed by Zarb, featuring tender meats, tasty vegetables and freshly baked bread.

Breakfast: Wake up to a selection of authentic dishes: fresh pita bread, creamy labneh, savory za'atar and crispy falafel. Accompany it with cottage cheese, local olives, and fresh vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers.

You can also enjoy eggs prepared Bedouin-style. For beverages, we offer fragrant mint tea and traditional Bedouin coffee, often with cardamom. This hearty, tasty breakfast, served in the serene atmosphere of the Wadi Rum desert, will give you the energy you need for a day of adventure and discovery.
